WHAT IS IT?

A complete RESET and REFRESH of your body, mind, and soul.

The 14 Day Mindset Rest was created to help you create sustainable, healthy habits in your life. Everything that is required to complete the challenge is part of a healthy lifestyle and can be implemented right away!

​

To keep it as accessible as possible there are 3 different levels available for you to join the 14 Day Mindset Reset.

 

Keeping in mind your ability, mobility, and available equipment, there are trackers to help you keep consistent with your goals as well as a blank meal planner to get you started.

HOW IT WORKS

You're ready to improve your mindset, this we already know!

The next step is to determine at what level you feel comfortable taking on the Mindset Reset.

Though we fully recommend you take this challenge on to the full extent (Group A), I do understand that taking on too much at once can be overwhelming. To allow everyone an opportunity to be a part of this I have created 2 alternative options that will still have a positive impact on your life.

GROUP A

You are ready to make some BIG CHANGES in your life by taking on the full challenge. Is this going to be tough? 

HELL YES!

But I know you got this!

You are ready to jump in headfirst and I am are here to support you the entire way!!

GROUP B

You've been working really hard on improving your mindset already!

Are you are ready to take it up a notch but aren't quite sure how?

By choosing either body, mind, OR soul you will be able to pinpoint focus on a target area you really want to improve and of course I will be here to help wherever you need!

You are struggling and that's okay!

I see you and I want to help.

I know it's overwhelming taking on too much at once so you will be working on healing from the inside.

You will be taking on the Soul part of the Mindset Reset and you bet I will be here with you every step of the way!

THE GROUPS

Below is a break down of what is required to complete EACH DAY for each group

GROUP A

GROUP B

  • 2 x 45 minute workouts 

  • 15 minute nature connection

  • Gratitude  11+ 

  • Meditation 10+ minutes

  • 3.5L of water

  • Reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book

  • Nutritious diet

  • No refined sugar 

  • No Alcohol 

  • No cheat meals

Choose body, mind, or soul to work on a specific area

GROUP C

  • 15 minute nature connection

  • Gratitude  10+ 

  • Meditation 10+ minutes

  • 3.5L of water

  • Reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book
