4. Program Participation

• Attendance: Participants are expected to attend the scheduled live classes and sessions or watch the replay. If you cannot attend, please inform the instructor in advance and make arrangements to review the missed content.

• Engagement: Active participation is encouraged. Engage with the materials, ask questions, and contribute to discussions. This will enhance your learning experience and that of your peers.

Consequences for Violations

Violating any of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund. Severe violations, especially those related to intellectual property or harassment, may result in legal action.

I commit to maintaining a professional and respectful demeanour in all interactions with fellow participants, instructors, and any associated business networks.

Specifically, I agree that:

• I will engage in respectful and constructive communication, avoiding any language or behaviour that could be considered inappropriate or harmful.

• I will respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants' business ideas and personal information shared during the program.

• I will not use the program or its networks to solicit business from other participants unless expressly permitted by Kendra Fierce.

• I will follow all guidelines and rules set forth by Kendra Fierce regarding network etiquette.

Agreement & Signature

By signing my name on this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. I understand that any breach of this agreement may result in my removal from the program without refund, and possible legal action if necessary.
